The machining of the dynamic and static vortex plate vortex profile in a vortex compressor is a key process. The vortex profile belongs to the deep groove and thin-walled shape, and the contour, perpendicularity between the side wall and the bottom surface, and surface roughness of the profile machining are required to be high.PCD tools are often used in precision machining processes.

      In order to meet the needs of customers in the industry, reduce processing costs, LINKUT has established a special research and development team to cooperate with customers to optimize and upgrade existing tools, and launched a dedicated welding PCD precision milling cutter, which meets the customer's requirements for efficiency improvement and cost reduction, and has been recognized by the customer.

     After confirmation by the customer, the processing life of the our welding PCD  milling cutter is 6.5 times that of the original hard cutting tool and 1.5 times that of the original welding PCD cutting tool, fully meeting the customer's requirements.
